The Inspiring Leader

You really enjoy leading. Bringing people together and then achieving things together drives you. You have a clear picture of the future and of what is possible. Your communicate your vision clear and inspiring. You come across as convincing, people see the images you use, they believe your stories and get excited about them. As a true leader you notice that people are willing to follow you. That gives you the energy to keep going.

If you get overenthusiastic, you can sometimes lose yourself in those big pictures. This will alianate the more skeptical people. Resistance may make you to lose interest. You may start to look for a different audience or environment that is more open to your ideas. You then quite easily distance yourself from what seemed so interesting at first.

You're probably especially allergic to the more skeptical Persevering Perfectionist. "Come on guys the world is at our feet, all we have to do is move forward with courage!"
