The Persistent Perfectionist

You are someone who easily sees flaws and imperfections everywhere. It is often clear to you where things go wrong and where the errors are. You'don't leave it at that. Whether it concerns errors in a document or a social abuse, you make yourself heard. With the main aim of achieving perfection. You experience every day that others are sloppy and inattentive. With all its consequences. You therefore take it upon yourself to propose and initiate improvements over and over again. Because it has to be perfect, nothing less will do.

Because the world is an imperfect place your job is never done. This can result in a perpetual state of anger. And although that gives you energy, it also creates a feeling of impotence. That gnaws at you. You find it difficult to let go. So many already do. You may risk to burnout.\

Your worst allergies are probably the Successful Workers who want to make quick progress with big rough strokes. "This isn't right, is it? We can't sell this like this, can we?"
